Your memos,
now in Claude.

Ask Claude about your meetings and voice notes — on iPhone, iPad, Mac or the web. Straight from your iCloud, even when your Mac is off.

In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Name it Memo AI and paste this URL.

Connect in three steps

Claude opens the sign-in for you. You only need the URL above.

1

Add the connector

In Claude, add a custom connector with the URL above and click Connect.

2

Sign in with Apple

Sign in on Apple's page with the Apple ID that Memo AI uses for iCloud.

3

Ask Claude

Go back to Claude and ask about your memos.

“What did we decide in yesterday's meeting?”“List my open action items from Memo.”

What Claude can do

The same tools as the Memo AI connector on your Mac.

Search and read

Finds memos by words in titles, summaries and transcripts, and reads summaries, transcripts, key points and overviews.

Action items

Lists your open action items across all memos, with due dates, and the categories you use.

Keep things tidy

Renames memos, changes their color or read status, archives them, and moves them to the Memo Trash or back.

  • It cannot delete memos permanently. Memos in the Trash can be restored in Memo AI.
  • It does not change transcripts, summaries or recordings, and it cannot play or download audio.

Before you start

  • iCloud sync is on in Memo AI, and your memos have finished uploading.
  • With Advanced Data Protection, turn on “Access iCloud Data on the Web” (Settings → your name → iCloud).
  • A Claude plan that supports custom connectors.

Your data

  • You sign in on Apple's page. Memo AI never sees your password.
  • Memos are read from iCloud only when Claude asks. The search copy stays in memory and is dropped after 30 minutes without use. Nothing is stored on disk, memo text is not logged, recordings are never read.
  • To stop, remove the connector in Claude and click Disconnect Memo AI after you sign in below.
